Ticketing Guidelines

1、本赛事实行电子票，一人一票，儿童全票，三岁以下儿童不建议入场。

This event adopts electronic tickets with one ticket per person. All children require a full-price ticket.Children under the age of three are not permitted entry.

2、实名制购票：

Real-name ticketing system:

（1）本赛事采用实名制购票，请按购票页面的提示正确、完整地填写观演人的真实姓名、有效证件号及手机号码。请您务必仔细反复核对观演人的信息，购票成功后将无法进行任何形式的变更、修改或替换。

This event operates a real-name ticketing system. Purchasers must accurately and completely enter the spectator's full name, valid ID number, and mobile phone number as prompted on the ticketing page. Please carefully verify the spectator's information before completing your purchase, as no changes, modifications, or substitutions will be permitted after the ticket is successfully purchased.

（2）限购政策：同一场次同一票价的赛票或票务产品，每个手机号码最多购买6张、每个身份证只能购买1张。

Purchase restrictions: For tickets of the same price category for the same event session, each mobile number may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets, and each ID document may purchase only 1 ticket.

（3）证件支持：中国大陆地区身份证/护照/港澳居民来往内地通行证/台湾居民来往大陆通行证/外国人永久居留身份证/港澳台居民居住证。

Accepted identification documents: Mainland Chinese ID card / Passport / Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents / Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents / Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card / Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Resident Residence Permit.

（4）付款时效提醒：凡未在指定时间内付款的订单，将被系统自动取消。请您务必在指定时间内完成付款，否则需要重新购票。

Payment deadline reminder: Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe after successful order placement. Orders not paid within this period will be automatically cancelled by the system. Please refresh the ticket purchase page promptly to repurchase.

（5）赛票不支持任何形式的换票、转让、转售及转赠，请合理安排时间谨慎购买。

Once sold, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or gifted.

（2）优雅邂逅之旅：

Elegant Encounter Journey :

• Ø 2026年4月23日24点前退票的，将收取5%的手续费。退票款项将在退票审核通过后7个工作日内原路返还。

Tickets can be refunded with a service charge of 5% of the actual ticket price before 24:00 on April 23, 2026.

• Ø 2026年4月24日0点起，不再接受任何形式的退票。

No refunds will be accepted after 00:00 on April 24, 2026.

（3）除本条（1）和（2）所列的其他票务产品：

Other ticketing products not listed in subparagraphs (1) and (2) of this clause：

• Ø 2026年4月30日24点前退票的，将收取5%的手续费。退票款项将在退票审核通过后7个工作日内原路返还。

Tickets can be refunded with a service charge of 5% of the actual ticket price before 24:00 on April 30, 2026.

• Ø 2026年5月1日0点起，不再接受任何形式的退票。

4、实名制入场：

Real-name registration required for entry:

（1）赛事遵循一人一票一证实名制入场，人、票、证信息一致方可入场。

The event operates on a one-ticket-one-ID system, requiring tickets to be purchased and admission granted under the real-name registration system.

（2）中国大陆地区的观众在进入场馆时，应携带实名制购票时所绑定的本人证件原件，在经过安检、闸机验证人脸、证件信息一致核验无误后，方可入场，对号入座。非中国大陆地区的观众请提前在官方实名认证平台完成核验，经人脸比对入场。

This event implements real-name verification with ID card and facial recognition for entry. Mainland Chinese spectators (including children) must present their original ID cards for ticket verification. Spectators without a mainland Chinese ID must complete identity verification through the official real-name authentication platform in advance and enter by facial recognition.

5、比赛日程和赛事安排不排除会有变化，请持续关注官方微信公众号及微博以便获取最新信息。

(hereinafter referred to as "Event").

以下条款能助您顺利购票及观赛，并在您购票成功后构成购票人/持票人/观众(以上三者可相互替换，同等适用）与赛事运营方即上海久事体育赛事运营管理有限公司[1]之间具有法律约束力的契约而约束双方。敬请您仔细阅读:

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of a ticket to the Event. These Terms constitute a contract between (a) the purchaser or user of a ticket (together referred to as the “Ticket Holders”or individually a “Ticket Holder”) and; (b) the Event Promoters, for the purpose of binding the parties once the ticket has been sold or used. Please read carefully:

1. 赛场
   • 1. 上海久事国际马术中心作为2026上海浪琴环球马术冠军赛的场馆，坐落于上海市浦东新区通耀路251号。

Shanghai Juss International Equestrian Centre will serve as the venue for the 2026 Shanghai Longines Global Champions Tour, located at No. 251 Tongyao Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

1. 实名制购票及票务规则

ID-required ticket purchasing

• 1. 赛票（包含看台票、包厢票及其他票务产品等，下同）一经售出，赛事运营方将不接受任何形式的换票、补票。请您通过赛事运营方指定票务渠道获取赛票，任何以营利为目的的赛票再转让均不受法律保护。赛事运营方对于任何从非指定票务渠道处获取的赛票有权拒绝持票人入场，且不承担任何法律责任。

Once a ticket (including tickets for grandstand, VIP boxes, and other related vouchers) has been sold, the Event Promoters will not accept any form of exchange, reissuance, or other requests related to tickets. Tickets should be obtained through the designated ticketing channels of the Event Promoters. The Event Promoters are not legally responsible for any tickets obtained through non-designated ticketing channels.

• 2. 赛票一经售出，购票人或持票人不得进行任何形式的换票、转让、转售或转赠。

Once sold, tickets are non-transferable,cannot be resold, and may not be gifted or assigned to any other person by the purchaser or holder.

• 3. 赛票采用电子票形式，一人一票一证。购票人在购票时应按照相关指示或要求填写观众的真实姓名、有效身份证件号码（中国大陆地区身份证/护照/港澳居民来往内地通行证/台湾居民来往大陆通行证/外国人永久居留身份证/港澳台居民居住证）、手机号码等购票信息。若为他人购票的，请确保您已从其本人或法定监护人或其委托人处取得让赛事运营方收集和使用其个人敏感信息的许可，并填写正确的购票信息。购票成功后，购票人或观众将收到出票短信，请务必妥善保管好电子赛票信息。在任何情况下，赛事运营方都没有义务为购票人补、换电子赛票。

The ticketing process adopts an electronic ticket format, and purchasers are required to provide the authentic name, personal identification number (Mainland China ID card number, passport number, Hong Kong/Macao pass number, or Taiwan resident permit for mainland travel), and mobile phone number of the attendee according to the relevant instructions or requirements during the ticket purchasing process. If purchasing on behalf of others, please ensure that permission to collect and use their personal information has been obtained from the individual, legal guardian, or appointed representative. Fill in the correct ticket purchase information. After successfully purchasing a ticket, the purchaser or audience will receive a ticket confirmation SMS for the electronic ticket. Please securely store the electronic ticket information. The Event Promoters are not obligated to replace or supplement electronic tickets for purchasers under any circumstances.

No refunds will be accepted after 00:00 on May 1, 2026.

1. 出入场 Entry and exit
   • 1. 赛事遵循一人一票一证实名制购票，人、票、证信息一致方可入场。三岁以下儿童不得入场；未成年人入场时应有成年观众陪同，该成年观众应尽到充分的注意及监护责任，被携入者的行为瑕疵即视为该成人观众的行为瑕疵。

The event follows a one-ticket-one-ID real-name system. Admission is granted only when the ticket, ID, and individual match. Children under the age of three are not permitted entry. Minors must be accompanied by an adult spectator, who shall assume full responsibility for their supervision, and any misconduct of the minor shall be deemed that of the accompanying adult.

• 2. 中国大陆地区的观众在进入赛场时，应携带实名制购票时所绑定的本人证件原件，在经过安检、闸机验证人脸、证件信息一致核验无误后，方可入场，对号入座。非中国大陆地区的观众请提前在官方实名认证平台完成核验，经人脸比对入场。

Spectators from Mainland China must present the original, physical ID document linked to their ticket during purchase. They must pass security screening and then pass through access gates where facial recognition technology will verify that their live image matches the photo and information on their ID document. Only after successful verification may they enter and be seated according to their tickets. Spectators from outside Mainland China must complete identity verification in advance via the official real-name authentication platform and will gain entry through facial recognition comparison at the gate.

• 3. 入场后仍应妥善保管好电子票以备可能的再次查验；不能出示有效凭证的，赛事运营方有权拒绝其继续观赛并要求其离场，且不予退款。 The ticket must be kept safe after admission as it may be checked again from time to time during the Event. Unless otherwise provided, any person who does not show his or her ticket may be removed from the Circuit at the Event Promoters’ discretion, and no refund will be provided.
• 4. 观众必须按其所持赛票标明的独立看台或区域，从指定通道出入场，对号入座或于指定区域就位，不得擅自进入禁止或限制区域。 Every ticket corresponds to a certain grandstand and / or seat. Thus every Ticket Holder who gains entry to the Event must only be seated in the grandstand / seat as instructed by the ticket. Ticket Holders may not enter areas that are forbidden or restricted from spectators without prior permission from FOWC.
• 5. 赛事运营方有权根据安全及现场管理需要，调整入场时间、入场通道等，观众应予配合。

1. 赛程变化 Alteration of the Schedule
   • 1. 赛事若为露天比赛的，观众已充分知晓并接受因暴雨、大风、雷电、极端高温等恶劣天气或因安全、赛事组织等原因可能导致比赛延时、当天比赛部分取消、赛事中断或提前终止等情形，观众不得以此为由提出退换票或赔偿要求。 Unless the Event is postponed or cancelled due to bad weather such as rainstorm, strong wind, thunder and lightning or the Event is interrupted or stopped ahead of the schedule after the commencement of the Event for any reason, Ticket Holders herein acknowledge and agree that the Event Promoters are not required to accept any request to refund, exchange or compensation on these grounds.
   • 2. 除非赛事事先正式公布被完整取消或依本条款第2.5条退票外，赛事运营方不接受以赛程变化为由提出的任何形式退、换票或赔偿要求。即便赛事被完整取消，退票也仅限于购票者实际购票支付的本金返还，其他环节所生成本费用损失，恕难补偿。除此之外的其他各类票务产品等均不受理退换票，亦不承担其他环节所生成本费用损失。 Unless the Event is officially and completely cancelled according to the preannouncement or refunded in accordance with the Article 2.5 hereof, the Event Promoters will not accept any request to refund or change tickets in any form under any circumstance such as for the reason of schedule alteration. In the event that the Event is officially and completely cancelled in accordance with the preannouncement referred to above, the Event Promoters will refund the original purchase price of the ticket. The Event Promoters shall not be liable for any additional costs, fees, or losses incurred by the purchaser in any other aspect. No other ticketing products will be eligible for a refund or exchange under such circumstances.

5. 保障及风险

Security and risk

• 1. 观众已认知赛事的大型群众性活动属性，须遵守赛事运营方制定的安全措施。所有入场观众均须配合安保人员或其他官方工作人员进行的检票、安检、再次查验、中途出场验证、秩序管理等工作。 Ticket Holders acknowledge that the Event is a mass activity and agree to be subject to all the security measures regulated by the Event Promoters. All spectators shall cooperate with security personnel or other official staff in security control which may include, but is not limited to, showing tickets in case of entering the Circuit, inspecting from time to time and exiting the Circuit early.
• 2. 无论场内或赛事期间赛事运营方管控的周边、免费或有偿，经赛事运营方引导观众停车的，赛事运营方仅提供泊车场地，不构成保管合同关系，不承担保管责任和损失风险；停车场的安保人员（如有）仅提供驻值、巡逻、检问、协调等服务，并不构成对您个人财务的保管责任。 The Event Promoters will only provide parking lots and guide Ticket Holders to parking spaces. Event Promoters will not be responsible for the property of Ticket Holders, whether in the parking lot managed or controlled by the Event Promoters inside or outside the Circuit (including whether for free or for a fee). Services provided by security personnel (including, but not limited to, guarding, patrolling, checking, responding to queries and coordinating) do not include responsibility for taking delivery of and safekeeping the property of spectators.
• 3. 所有进入赛场的观众都须对自身财物及行为负责，观众由于其过错造成自身或他人人身财产损害的，应自行承担法律责任，赛事运营方保留追诉的权利。 All spectators entering the Circuit shall be responsible for their behavior and belongings. Ticket Holders shall be liable for any personal injury or property damage to any third person caused by their own faults. Furthermore, in case of the aforesaid situation, the Event Promoters will reserve the right to pursue further legal action.
• 4. 发生道路拥堵、班车延误等逾越合理控制范围或任何不可归责于赛事运营方的事件导致观众缺席、迟到、额外花费等损失的，赛事运营方恕难补偿。 Any additional cost, loss, absence or lateness of Ticket Holders, for example resulting from traffic jam, regular bus delay or any other event beyond their reasonable control, or any force majeure not attributable to the Event Promoters shall not be compensated by the Event Promoters.
• 5. 赛事官方特许纪念品经营在特定区域进行，任何人不得买卖、派送或接受假冒特许纪念品，助长侵权行为，同时赛事运营方保留追诉的权利。 It is prohibited for any person to trade, deliver or accept counterfeit official merchandises, or to encourage infringement of this provision. Meanwhile, the Event Promoters will reserve the right to pursue further legal action.
• 6. 在赛场内进行展示或营业的赞助商、参展商或其他第三方应对其行为包括产品或服务的广告、宣传、售卖及售后等独立承担法律责任，赛事运营方恕难承担担保或其他任何连带责任。 All sponsors, exhibitors and any other third party who exhibit and/or trade in the Circuit are liable for their commodities and/or services separately including but not limited to any advertising, promotion, sales and after-sales. Ticket Holders acknowledge that the Event Promoters has not made any warranty in respect of the foregoing commodities and/or services ever and will not bear any related liability.

1. 严格禁止事项:

观众禁止实施以下行为： Ticket Holders are strictly prohibited from:

• 1. 携带任何带有煽动暴力、仇视、歧视、恐怖主义、鄙视他人或与赛事商业利益相冲突的标语标示等宣传材料入场及/或对外展示。 carrying to the Circuit and/or displaying in the Circuit any publicity materials with slogans, signs or marks indicating violence, hatred, discrimination, terrorism and prejudice or publicity materials conflicting with commercial benefits of the Event.
• 2. 携带任何动物[2]进入赛场或停车场。 carrying any animal to the Circuit or parking lot.
• 3. 携带刀具或烟花爆竹、气动扬声器、激光装置、玻璃制品、喇叭等易燃易爆易碎易响物、或其他任何可能被用作武器危及公共安全或妨害他人或干扰比赛的物品设备入场。 carrying any inflammable, explosive, fragile and noisy object, or any other object or device that may be used as a weapon to endanger public security, jeopardize others or interfere with the Event to the Circuit, including but not limited to knives and tools, fireworks and crackers, pneumatic loudspeaker, laser devices, glassworks and trumpet.
• 4. 携带可能制作传送侵犯赛事知识产权载体的设备入场。 carrying any device or facilities that may produce and transmit the carriers infringing on the intellectual property of the Event to the Circuit.
• 5. 以赛票、比赛及其结果作为标的进行任何形式的博彩行为。 gambling or betting in any form on tickets, the Event and its result.
• 6. 服用精神药物期间或吸烟、醉酒状态时入场。 entering the Circuit when a spectator is smoking or drunk or in the period of taking psychotropic medicine.
• 7. 不按指定时间或场所吸烟、及不按票证标明区域或通路移动。 smoking not at the specified time or in the specified place, or walk around not according to the area or route indicated on tickets.
• 8. 未经许可在赛场内或赛事运营方管控周边兜售商品或服务（例如饮料、食品、纪念品、赛票等）及从事营销宣传或其他与赛事无关的行为或活动。 without prior approval, selling goods and providing services (including but not limited to beverages, food, souvenirs and tickets), conducting marketing promotions or any other behaviour or activity not related to the Event in the Circuit, or any other area controlled by the Event Promoters.
• 9. 未经许可使用赛票、擅自变更、复制或以其他方式处理赛事名称和赛票上所载的赛事知识产权（含商标、标志、Logo、文字、图案及其组合、缩写或非英文译文等）：（1）用于抽奖、广告、宣传或其他商业目的（包括但不限于奖品、竞赛、抽奖或与招待或其他产品打包等），但事先经赛事机构和赛事运营方书面同意的除外；（2）从事其他侵权行为（如明示或暗示与赛事的关联误导他人等）。只有赞助商或获得认可授权的合作伙伴才可将赛票、赛事名称或赛事知识产权用于商业目的。 without prior approval, using tickets, and altering, copying or otherwise dealing with the Event name and the Event intellectual properties appearing on the ticket (including trade marks, signs, logos, words, graphic images and combinations thereof, abbreviations and non-English translation, etc.) for lottery, advertising, promotional or any other commercial purpose (including without limitation prizes, competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality or other products) without the prior written consent of FOWC and the Event Promoters first being obtained and infringement (e.g. express or implied a connection with the Event to mislead others).
• 10. 其他有悖法律、公共道德、赛事声誉或赛事运营方公示禁止的行为。 any other behaviour violating laws, public morality and reputation of the Event.

1. 个人信息及知识产权 Personal information and intellectual property
   • 1. 观众认可赛事是一项公众活动，且自己的声音及肖像可能被实时记录并且出现在赛事的电视转播或广播、影像、照片中及现在或将来出现在其它载体媒体上。观众在此不可撤销地同意授权赛事运营方及第三方可为赛事宣传推广之目的，不论宣传媒介（包括但不限于境内外的所有媒体、自媒体等）使用这些影像、照片、声音或其它载体而无需提供任何证明或支付任何费用，亦不构成侵权。Spectators acknowledge that the Event is a public activity and that their voice and likeness may be recorded live and appear in television broadcasts, radio, footage, photographs, or any other media, now or in the future. By attending, spectators grant the Event Promoters and their authorized third parties the right to use such images, footage, photos, sound recordings, or other media for promotional purposes, in any media worldwide, without the need for identification, compensation, or such use being deemed an infringement of their rights.
   • 2. 观众认可赛事安全管理的重要性和必要性并且同意赛事运营方出于赛票管理及公共安全的目的，收集并存储观众自愿提供的敏感个人信息，包括姓名、手机号码、身份证件信息、本人近照等并用于与赛事相关的实名制购票、实名认证、实名制检票和实名制入场等环节。

Ticket Holders recognise the importance and necessity of Event security management and agree that the Event Promoters may collect and store sensitive personal information voluntarily provided by spectators, including name, mobile phone number, identity document information and recent photographs of the spectator, for the purpose of ticketing management and public safety, and use it for the purpose of purchasing tickets under the real-name system, authentication and checking of tickets in connection with the Event.

• 3. 观众认可赛事运营方可能收集购票者或观众的相关个人资料（包括但不限于性别、年龄、地域、地址、电话等），用于赛事运作中安排协调观看坐席，进行与赛事有关活动的调研、市场营销和推广等目的。除非购票者或观众同意公开他们的个人信息或因政府机关、司法机关强制要求，否则赛事运营方承诺在使用观众个人信息时将予以保密。 The Event Promoters may collect Ticket Holder’s personal information (including but not limited to gender, age, address, telephone number). It is necessary for the Event Promoters in arranging and coordinating grandstand seats, and carrying out surveys and promotion and marketing proposes related to the Event. Unless Ticket Holders agree to let the Event Promoters release their information or by government's or judiciary's compelling force, the Event Promoters will keep spectators' personal information confidential when using it.
• 4. 观众同意并接受： Ticket Holders hereby agree and accept as follows:
  • 4.1. 不得制作、创建、存储或传输与赛事相关的任何形式的声音记录、照片、影像资料或视听资料（“录音”），或与赛事相关的数据及其他信息，如官方计时、遥测数据、成绩、表现、天气或赛事控制数据（“数据”）。禁止携带任何可能用于实施上述行为的设备进入赛场。 Any kind of sound recording, photo, visual footage or audio-visual footage (“Recording”), or data or any other information in relation to the Event such as official timing, telemetry, results, performance and weather or race control data (“Data”) must not be made, created, stored or transmitted by any Ticket Holder of, at or in relation to the Event. It is forbidden to take into the Venue any equipment that may enable you to do the aforementioned acts.
  • 4.2. 个人电子设备如静止影像相机、手机和其它掌上个人通讯设备可携入赛场, 其记录储存的任何有关赛事的视听资料只能用于个人娱乐等非商业用途。 Personal electronic devices such as still image cameras, mobile phones and other handheld personal communication devices are permitted to the Circuit provided that any Recording, Data and any image, including photographic images and any still pictures derived or capable of being derived from a Recording (“Image”) of the Event that is recorded, stored and/or created thereon is used for non-commercial purposes (e.g. for private enjoyment) only.
  • 4.3. 未经赛事运营方事先书面许可，任何人不能使用任何有关赛事的录音、影像、照片、视听片段、数据信息或其他赛事资料用于广告、公开展示、商业营利或任何其他个人娱乐以外的用途。特别禁止在网络、电台、电视等媒体上使用。 Without the prior written consent of the Event operator, any kind of Recording, Data or Image in relation to the Event must not be used by any person for any form of advertising, public display, commercial gain, or any other purpose (except your private enjoyment). It is specifically prohibited for use on network, radio, television and any other media.
  • 4.4. 无论是否获得上述许可，观众如制作、复制或使用的任何有关赛事的载体，其知识产权及相关权益归赛事机构或赛事运营方所有。

Regardless of with or without the above license, if the spectators produce, copy or use any kind of carrier of the Event, the intellectual property rights belong to the Event operator.

1. 违反条款 Violation of the Terms
   • 1. 观众知晓并接受若其违反了本条款，将可能被拒绝入场或被驱逐出场且无权获得任何补偿；赛事运营方保留进一步追究其法律责任的权利。 Ticket Holders herein acknowledge and agree that they may be refused to enter or expelled from the Circuit without any compensation in case of violating the Terms or denying the application of the Terms. Moreover, the Event Promoters reserves the right to pursue further legal action.

1. 条款修改及解释 Amendment and explanations
   • 1. 赛事运营方根据赛事组织、安全管理等需要，有权在任何时候对本条款作合理的修改或补充；本条款将通过指定票务渠道公示并动态更新，公示或更新公示后即生效。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。本条款的具体解释及咨询敬请随时垂询票务热线了解。 The Event Promoters have the right to amend the Terms reasonably from time to time and the Terms will be updated and published through the specified ticket purchasing channels at the same time. The Terms are governed by the laws of PRC. For enquiries regarding the interpretation of these Terms, please contact the ticket hotline at any time.

1. 管辖权 Jurisdiction
   • 1.本条款均以中文订立但可翻译成外文文本。文本间出现争议时适用中文文本。由本条款所产生的争议将交由赛事举办地人民法院管辖。 All the Terms are written in Chinese and will be translated into foreign languages. In case of discrepancy between different versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. Any dispute generated from the performance of the Terms shall be submitted to the court of venue where the Event is held.
