*取票方式：上门领取（人工取票，工作日9-17点、演出当天17点后可至宏泰中心大堂售票处人工取票）

                身份证领取（每天9-18点至宏泰中心大堂售票处旁，大麦自助机携带身份证原件自助取票。*如遇大麦自助机故障，请于上门领取时间人工取票。）

1、门票售出概不退换，选择快递配送，邮寄顺丰到付。

2、购票观众可在演出前的工作日（9点-17点）到宏泰音乐厅售票处大麦自助取票机自助取票（湖滨东路309号宏泰中心一楼大堂售票处旁），演出当天现场取票请至少提前1.5小时到售票处/大麦自助机取票。

3、演出当天19点开始检票入场，由于现场取票人数过多造成的无法准时入场，主办方概不负责，请各位观众安排好时间，提前取票或选择顺丰邮寄（邮费到付）。

4、门票售出后因严重自然灾害、洪水、地震等不可抗力因素造成的演出时间推移、延时或无法演出，主办方将提前通知。

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Hongtai concert Hall, for your best enjoyment of the performance, please comply with the followings.

1、请您按时对号入座，演出中途不要离席。迟到的观众在一首乐曲结束后方可入场。

Please proceed to your seat on time. Do not leave in the middle of the performance.  Late admission can only be granted at the end of a section.

2、为了您有一个安静的欣赏环境，请将您的通讯设备调至安静状态，或请寄存您所有会发出声响的物品。

please turn off or mute your mobile devices, or hand it over to the cloakroom for temporary safe keeping.

3、音乐会禁止擅自摄影、摄像和录音，未经允许严禁携带相关设备进入场内。严禁使用闪光灯。

Please do not carry any recording devices into the concert hall. Except for prior concession, recordings during the performance are prohibited.  Flashlights are not allowed during the performance.

You are advised not to applaud between movements of symphonic Suit in order not to impair the continuity of the performance.
